I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion because it provides more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality business. It is a family-run business that aims to offer high quality accommodation at an affordable price. The location also provides easy access to Bangkok's public transportation, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Additionally, the hotel offers an internet cafe with computers and a printer, making it easy to stay connected and productive during my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with meeting facilities.

I always come back to this amazing place! The staff helped me find the best exchange rates during my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception and security. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

The breakfast was great and excellent for a hotel of this rating with free coffee machine, expresso coffee plus varieties which is above expectation. The staff were very good and absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was family.

Reasonably large and brand-new room. the location is decent and convenient, just 1 mile from Bangkok Art and Culture Centre. - Set in a very convenient area.

We stayed at City Suite and had a great experience. the breakfast buffet was filling and had a good variety of options, including fried rice, noodles, soup, sausages, fried eggs. the triple room was spacious with big beds. the TV was connected to a PC, which was convenient for internet surfing or working. the front desk staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early. one of the staff members accommodated our early check-in by allowing us to have breakfast in advance. the hotel's location was also convenient for visiting popular tourist areas in Bangkok. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

The hotel was clean, had a great location near shopping areas, Chatuchak, train station, MBK. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the restaurant. Additionally, the Rock Pub is just a short walk away from the property.

the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the tour service staff who went above and beyond to assist us. They arranged tours around the city at a reasonable price and even helped us find a cab to the airport when we were running late. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to suit different diets and tastes. the hotel also had easy access to shopping areas and the restaurant had a good selection of food for a reasonable price.

I've stayed at City Suite many times while working nearby. The staff is friendly and the rates are reasonable. They even allowed a late check-out for only 300BHT, unlike other hotels that charge half a day's rate. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and has a variety of reasonable restaurants with good food. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the variety of breakfast options and the availability of cable TV.
